Medtronic has received CE mark approval for its Stealth AXiS surgical system, allowing hospitals and surgeons across Europe to use the technology in ear, nose, and throat (ENT) procedures.

The navigation platform is designed to help surgeons perform both routine and complex sinus and skull base surgeries by improving anatomical visualization, system responsiveness, and operating room workflow.

The Stealth AXiS system supports minimally invasive ENT procedures, including sinus and skull base operations and sinus balloon treatments. It also integrates with Medtronic’s AiBLE ENT smart ecosystem to connect surgical technologies and improve efficiency.

The European approval follows earlier FDA clearance in the US and expands access to Medtronic’s next-generation surgical navigation technology for ENT specialists.
