Neo Medical has launched its Neo Instant MIS Access platform in the United States, expanding its minimally invasive spine surgery offering for thoracic, lumbar, and sacral procedures.

The system is designed to simplify posterior MIS workflows by removing reliance on capital equipment, reusable instrument sets, vendor logistics, and complex reprocessing cycles that can limit adoption in hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.

Neo Medical says the platform:

  • Requires no capital investment
  • Can be prepared in under 2 minutes
  • Reduces per-case costs by up to $2,500
  • Improves operating room throughput in constrained settings

The launch is part of the company’s broader strategy to build a fully integrated MIS ecosystem combining sterile-ready tools, modular instrumentation, force-control technologies, and intraoperative digital capabilities.

CEO Vincent Lefauconnier said:

“The future of minimally invasive spine surgery is no longer defined by surgical technique alone. It is defined by how efficiently healthcare systems can deliver those procedures at scale.”

The platform is launching first in the U.S., with expansion into Europe and other regions expected later.
