Aidoc raises $150M Series E to scale clinical AI

Aidoc raised $150M in Series E funding led by Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. The round had participation from General Catalyst, SoftBank Investment Advisors and NVentures (NVIDIA’s venture capital arm).

The round brings total funding to over $500M, less than a year after a growth round led by General Catalyst and Square Peg.

Cofoe Medical launches $136M IPO

Cofoe Medical Technology Co. launched its IPO, offering 27 million shares at HK$39.33 each to raise about HK$1.06B ($136M).

Shares will be sold in lots of 100, requiring a minimum investment of HK$3,973.

Axoft secures $55M Series A to advance clinical trials globally

The round was led by C.P. Group Innovation, with Alumni Ventures, the Stanford President’s Venture Fund, Hillhouse Investment and Gaorong Ventures also joining.

With more than $60M in total funding raised, Axoft will use the capital to expand its current clinical trials globally and progress U.S. regulatory approval of its implantable Brain-Computer Interfaces.

Nervonik closes $52.5M Series B funding to advance PNS system

Amzak Health led the funding round, with contributions from Elevage Medical Technologies, US Venture Partners (USVP), Lumira Ventures, Foothill Ventures, and Shangbay Capital.

The funds will also be used to further develop Nervonik’s sensing technology and support commercialization efforts for its PNS platform.

Trinity Capital provides $30M in growth capital to Iantrek

Trinity’s growth capital will support Iantrek in accelerating commercial expansion of its product portfolio, advancing development and regulatory activities for pipeline products.

The funds will also support scaling manufacturing and distribution capabilities, and strengthening market access initiatives to broaden physician and patient adoption.

Hypervision raises $23M Series A for hyperspectral surgical imaging tech

Hypervision closed an oversubscribed $23 million (£17M) Series A financing round. Heal Capital led the financing for the developer of real-time hyperspectral imaging for surgery.

Angelini Ventures, IP Group and Daycrest also participated. This round included follow-on investment from existing investors Heran partners, Redalpine, LifeX Ventures and Zeiss Ventures.

SquareMind raises $18M for Swan skin imaging robot

The funding includes previously undisclosed pre-Series A financing. SquareMind plans to use it to grow its commercial, engineering, and customer support teams ahead of the “near-term” commercial launch in the U.S. and Europe.

Sonder Capital led the round and was joined by the French government’s Deeptech 2030 Fund, Adamed Technology, Calm/Storm Ventures, Teampact Ventures, and unnamed investors, described as “several prominent entrepreneurs.”

PlaqueTec closes oversubscribed $5M financing

The oversubscribed financing round was funded entirely by the Company’s existing investor base.

The investment will support the continued build-out of PlaqueTec’s proprietary cardiovascular data lake, BioCarta, a growing repository of unique intracoronary proteomic and clinical data.
