Agibot features an immersive 3D ultra-clear field of view through its doctor’s console. It also has a lightweight, multi-degree-of-freedom master control arm for more effective working space. The first-of-its-kind camera and laser visual guidance ensure efficient positioning, too.
The company said its surgical platform has visual indication and instrument usage for peace of mind with a tiller driven by dual motors to ensure single-handed movement and flexible deployment. Its image processing platform has compatibility with HD 3D laparoscopes and 4K 3D fluorescence laparoscopes. The system also supports access to third-party image sources like ultrasound, CT and endoscopic imaging.
Agile Medical Technology said its Agibot system has suitability for chest, abdomen and pelvis procedures, along with the minimally invasive treatment of benign and malignant diseases.
The company said it has already clinically proven the robotic platform across “hundreds of thoracoabdominal procedures for multiple disciplines.” The company said it’s building the future of intelligent surgery with its platform.
