The WaveForm TA is designed to provide an interbody in the disc space’s anterior portion, which optimises sagittal alignment.
Global medical technology firm SeaSpine has announced the complete commercial launch of its first 3D-printed lumbar WaveForm TA (transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) Articulating) Interbody System.
The latest move follows the limited launch of the interbody system last February.
The WaveForm TA Interbody System has been designed to provide an interbody to the disc space’s anterior portion to optimise the sagittal alignment and endplate support.
It is intended to be used in TLIF procedures.
Using WaveForm technology, the system provides a robust architecture that optimises the subsidence resistance, orthobiologics packability and implant stiffness during intraoperative and postoperative imaging.
It includes multiple footprint and lordotic options, allowing surgeons to intraoperatively address specific anatomical needs without impacting the surgical workflow.
