ForSight Robotics raises $125M to advance robotic cataract surgery
Israel-based ForSight Robotics secured $125 million in Series B funding to accelerate the growth of its robotic surgical platform, ORYOM. The round was led by Eclipse and supported by strategic investors including the Adani Group, Reiya Ventures, and surgical robotics pioneers such as Intuitive Surgical founder Dr Fred Moll.
ORYOM combines AI, computer vision, and micromechanics to assist with delicate ophthalmic procedures – starting with cataract surgery, with glaucoma and retinal applications on the horizon. The funding will support first-in-human trials planned for later this year.

DESKi secures $6M to expand AI-powered cardiac imaging
French healthtech company DESKi announced a $6 million seed round to support global rollout of its FDA-approved AI software, HeartFocus. The tool enables clinicians – even with minimal ultrasound experience – to capture diagnostic-quality heart scans with real-time AI guidance.
The round was led by impact-focused fund Racine² and included BNP Paribas Développement, Épopée Gestion, and others. The funding will support continued development, market expansion, and integration of HeartFocus into primary care and remote settings.

Materna Medical announces additional close in $20M Series B2 round
Women’s health innovator Materna Medical completed an additional close in its $20 million Series B2 round and revealed the new commercial name of its investigational labor device: Ellora™.
The device, currently undergoing a randomized controlled trial at 20+ hospitals, aims to reduce pelvic floor injuries during childbirth. New investors include GLIN Impact Capital, Wealthing VC Club, and Citrine Angels, joining lead investor InnovaHealth Partners and returning backers.

ABM Respiratory Care has closed an oversubscribed $14.8 million Series B round – surpassing its $12M target – to advance its mission of transforming how respiratory conditions are treated across care settings.
